Logistics and transport software
Every call asking where a consignment is represents a tracking page that was missing or did not work.
Transport offices run on phone calls. A customer rings to ask where the shipment is, somebody radios the driver or checks a register, and the answer comes back ten minutes later. Multiply that by a hundred consignments and a large part of the day is gone to a question software answers instantly.
A tracking page removes most of it. The customer types a docket number and sees the current status, the last scan point and an expected date. Calls drop sharply within the first month, and the ones that remain are usually genuine exceptions.
The harder half is getting accurate status in. That means the people handling freight need a way to update it in seconds on a phone, often with poor signal, sometimes with one hand.
What we build
The modules that matter in logistics & transport.
Not every project needs all of these. This is the menu, and the first conversation is usually about which two or three of them would change your week.
Consignment tracking
Public lookup by docket or LR number showing current status, scan history and expected delivery, with no login required.
Booking and quotation
Rate calculation by weight, volume, distance and service level, with a booking that generates a docket number immediately.
Driver and branch app
Status updates from a phone, working offline and syncing when signal returns, because loading bays and highways rarely have coverage.
Proof of delivery
Signature or photograph captured at handover and attached to the consignment, ending the disputes about whether something arrived.
Fleet dashboard
Vehicle utilisation, trips in progress, maintenance due and driver assignment on one screen.
Customer portal
Bulk booking, past consignments, invoices and outstanding balance, for the regular clients who make up most of the volume.
What usually goes wrong
The four mistakes we see most often here.
These are not hypothetical. Each one is something we have been called in to fix on a site somebody else built.
Tracking that needs a login, which guarantees customers phone you instead.
Status updates only possible from the office desktop, so information is always hours old.
No offline mode in the driver app, making it useless in exactly the places it is used.
Rate cards kept in a spreadsheet that only two people can read.
No themes, no page builders, no plugin stacks
Every site written from scratch, starting from almost nothing and adding only what the pages need. The whole speed recipe is published, not kept secret.
Read the recipe →AI, used properlyWe use AI to go faster, not to decide
It writes the mechanical parts. It never chooses the architecture, the performance budget, or a single fact about your business. Everything is reviewed by the person who will maintain it.
Where we draw the line →Questions
About logistics & transport projects.
Can we connect our GPS tracking devices?
Most providers offer an API, and we pull vehicle positions from it into your own dashboard. Where they do not, we fall back to manual scan points at each branch, which is less precise and still far better than a phone call.
Does the driver app work without internet?
Yes, and it must. Updates are stored on the device and sync when signal returns. Anything designed for constant connectivity fails on the routes where it is actually used.
How does this handle e-way bills?
We integrate with the government API where you are generating bills yourself, or we store and attach the reference where your accounts team creates them. Either way it is linked to the consignment rather than filed separately.
Other industries we build for
Manufacturing & Industrial
Your buyer is an engineer with a specification sheet. They need numbers, not adjectives.
Finance & Lending
In financial services the website is a trust test before it is anything else. Everything about it is being judged.
Legal & Professional
People searching for a lawyer or an accountant are usually anxious. The site's job is to reduce that, not perform authority.
