Can we connect our existing channel manager?
Most of the common ones expose an API and we have worked with several. If yours does not, we can still take direct bookings and update inventory on a schedule, with a buffer held back to prevent overbooking.
How do we get guests to book direct?
Be cheaper and be easier. A small direct discount, a perk the platforms cannot match such as a late checkout, and a booking flow that does not take longer than theirs. Then say so clearly on the room page.
Do you handle multi property groups?
Yes. One site with property switching, shared brand pages and separate booking inventory per property, plus a group level view of enquiries and bookings.
