Questions

Things people ask before they call.

General questions about how we work. Each service page carries its own questions about that specific work, and the cost page covers money.

Where are you based and do you work with clients elsewhere?

The studio is in Penamaluru, Vijayawada. Most of our work is in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and we have built for clients in Singapore and Bangalore. Everything after the first meeting works over calls and shared previews, so distance rarely matters.

How long have you been doing this?

Since 2014. The tools have changed several times in that period, from PHP and jQuery through WordPress to Next.js and Bun. The site you are reading is our own rebuild, which was overdue.

Do you use AI to build the site?

For the mechanical parts, yes, and it genuinely shortens delivery. Not for architecture, performance decisions or anything factual about your business, and never without a person reading it. There is a page explaining exactly where we draw that line and the research behind it.

Why do you not use WordPress or a theme?

Because of what it costs in speed. Measured across millions of real sites, framework-built pages pass Core Web Vitals at a far higher rate than WordPress ones, and page builders commonly land in the five second range for loading. If you already have WordPress and like editing in it, we can keep it as the admin and rebuild only the public site.

How long does a website take?

A focused business site is usually four to eight weeks. An application with logins and custom logic is eight to sixteen. The largest variable is not our speed, it is how quickly content and feedback arrive from your side.

What do you need from us to start?

A clear idea of what the site is for, whatever text and photographs exist, your logo files if you have them, and one person who can make decisions. That last one matters more than people expect.

Do you work with our existing designer or agency?

Yes, often. We build from a Figma file, or take on the engineering while someone else handles marketing. We will flag anything in a design that will not survive real content or a narrow screen before we start.

What if we want to leave?

You take the code, the domain, the hosting account and the content, because all of them are already in your name. There is no licence to keep paying and nothing held back. We would rather you stay because the work is good.

Do you write the content?

We help with structure and we edit, and we will write where we understand the subject well enough. For technical or specialised content, the best version comes from your team with us shaping it. We will not fill a site with invented detail about your business.

Can you fix a site somebody else built?

Usually. We start with an audit so you can see what is wrong and what it would take. Sometimes the answer is a few days of work, sometimes it is that a rebuild would cost less than the repairs. We say which.

Do you handle domains and hosting?

Yes, and we set them up in your own account wherever possible. Agencies holding your domain is a problem that only surfaces when you want to leave, and by then it is expensive.

Will our site work on old phones?

That is a specific thing we test rather than assume. A large share of Indian traffic is on mid range Android hardware on mobile data, and a site that only feels fast on a new phone with office broadband is not actually fast.

Still deciding?

Start with a free audit instead.

If you already have a site, we will run it the way Google does and send you the real numbers with a prioritised list of what is slowing it down. No obligation to have us do the work.
