Fitness
Gym, fitness and wellness websites
Somebody decides to join a gym on a Sunday evening. If joining takes more than five minutes, that decision expires.
Gym membership is an impulse with a short shelf life. The decision gets made, the person looks up two gyms nearby, and whichever one lets them see timings, prices and a way to start today gets the member. Sites that answer with a contact form lose most of that traffic.
Timetables are the most visited page on any fitness site by a wide margin. People check whether the six a.m. class runs on Saturdays, or whether there is a yoga slot after work. That page needs to be current, readable on a phone, and editable by whoever changes the schedule.
Retention is where the software pays back. Attendance tracking, renewal reminders and progress records are what keep a member past month three, and month three is where most memberships quietly end.
What we build
The modules that matter in fitness & wellness.
Not every project needs all of these. This is the menu, and the first conversation is usually about which two or three of them would change your week.
Class timetable
Weekly grid with trainer, level and capacity, filterable by class type, updated by staff without a developer.
Membership sign up
Plans compared side by side, joined and paid for online, with the membership active immediately.
Personal training booking
Trainer profiles, availability and session booking, with reschedule and cancellation rules applied automatically.
Attendance and renewals
Check in records, expiry tracking and automatic reminders before a membership lapses.
Trainer profiles
Certifications, specialisation and approach. Members choose a gym partly on who works there.
Progress tracking
Weight, measurements and workout logs in a member login, which is what makes people stay past the first months.
What usually goes wrong
The four mistakes we see most often here.
These are not hypothetical. Each one is something we have been called in to fix on a site somebody else built.
Timetables published as an image, which cannot be read by a screen reader or updated by staff.
Prices withheld, which sends the impulse visitor to the gym down the road that published theirs.
Sign up that requires a visit to the front desk, losing every evening and weekend decision.
No cancellation policy stated, which produces disputes at exactly the wrong moment.
No themes, no page builders, no plugin stacks
Every site written from scratch, starting from almost nothing and adding only what the pages need. The whole speed recipe is published, not kept secret.
Read the recipe →AI, used properlyWe use AI to go faster, not to decide
It writes the mechanical parts. It never chooses the architecture, the performance budget, or a single fact about your business. Everything is reviewed by the person who will maintain it.
Where we draw the line →Questions
About fitness & wellness projects.
Can members join and pay entirely online?
Yes, including recurring payments through UPI mandate or card. The membership activates immediately, which is what makes the difference on a Sunday evening.
Who updates the class timetable?
Your staff, from a phone. It takes under a minute. A timetable that needs a developer will be out of date within a fortnight, and members stop trusting the page.
Do you build member apps?
We usually build a progressive web app instead. It installs to the home screen, sends reminders and costs a fraction of a native app. For a gym that is almost always the right trade.
Other industries we build for
Construction & Infrastructure
Construction wins work on proof. The site is where the proof lives between meetings.
Agriculture & Agritech
Build for a three year old Android phone on a weak 4G signal, in Telugu. That constraint shapes everything.
Automotive
Two different customers, two different jobs: one is buying a vehicle, the other needs a service slot on Tuesday.
